Genesis" 1.1 " and in the beginning "The WORD" already existed"

So what is" The" WORD?

What is a "Right "WORD?

Do we have "good" WORDS and " bad " WORDS?

Can I read a persons "WORDS" then put them into sentences and paragraphs?

And if I can must I then search for deeper meaning in " The WORDS"?

I think language is my problem. I use it to talk about what is in the mind, but I also use language to express my heart. I hope both my heart and mind are sincere in expressing my truth, but to do so I use "WORDS" and so often fail.

This is why your post was like color to my eyes, a wonderful puzzle of "WORDS" to my heart and mind. But having read it a few times I haven't understood the convictions and ideals you have tried to express .Therefore looking forward to clarification in your next post that begins with " THE WORD"

either god is going to save them or he is not.

since one local elder proudly told me that he never saved a nickel until just before his retirement, i've given this subject some thought.. savers are worldly..

But the truth is the " a Governing Body" or the business lead organisation that is the " G. B" has made its wealth on Matthew 12 v 41, " Truly this poor widow has put more in the treasury than all the others"

Then the " G.B" invest the poor widows money in property and accumalate wealth for themselves. ( if you don't find that ironic you will always be broke)

Do like the G.B.

Only invest your wealth in your property. Please leave your inheritance to your kids, not the W,T.

p.s me and Punk both quoted Matthew, but we quoted different verses...the bible can be interpreted in ways that f...k up your life and your kids. My advice "on money matters its personal and family" that sounds more like the " Godfather" than verses from " Matthhew" :-)

Well this thread raises the question what is saving money?

I would say I have never saved money. But I have invested money.

FACT IS:-

if you take out a mortgage in 10 years time the value of the property will have doubled.

That is how you save money because:-

A) You double your money in 10 years.

B) In 10 years a mortgage is 50% paid off and 60% cheaper than renting.

FACT:-

Did you know 80% of wealth in the U.K is inherited through property?

I assume children are grateful for that inheritance, which required parents buying a property. And by dong the "children" now adults, will have a more comfortable life with the inheritance.

What is money?

It's not the paper I have in my wallet that I buy beer and pizza with. Money is dots on a computer screen.

Think about that.

Now think about making those dots work for you.

But don't think putting such and such amount in the bank each week is saving money.

I am normally a calm man, but when members of the congregation left property to the organisation rather than family, even as a believer this pissed me off big time.

A Chance to Win a Lot of Money?

the u.k. is having a national referendum in 2017, to decide whether to remain in the european union or to abandon it.. in view of the total impotence and absence of agreement of eu governments to handle mass migration to mainland europe, my bet would be for a landslide vote to leave the e.u.

- if the referendum was held within the next 6-9 months.

will things get better before 2017?

How do you think the voting should be decided?

a) By region.

b) By population.

If it's by population London voters and the surrounding areas will win because it's in their interests, to remain in the E.U.( These areas contain the majority of votes) But if votes are decided by region it would be a different outcome. ( Because these voters cover a lager geographical area, but contain fewer votes)

So much for a NATIONAL VOTE.

Bosani & Zoos thanks for the replys. My answer to both your posts:-

Maybe we all wish to believe in a world where there are only kind hearted people, and none are stoned for adultery of mind and body. This is why I believe " Hollywood" created the hero who will fight to the death in a " just war" but in peace would never inflict pain on a spider.

However the interesting observation is, what happens when Robin Hood marries Lady Marrion and goes off to live a quite life?

He is forgotten.

So in my opinion, Jesus could never marry " Lady" Magdalene, he would have been forgotten. But he did have to die a violent death for the story true or false to endear 2000 years.

Not only did Jesus die this violent death, he did it for our personal salvation. In my opinion this is why the story has appeal for male and female of different cultures and has transcended time. It is the greatest story ever written.

Personally for me a story with miracles is simply a story.

We both live in a real world, a cold and lonely world, so I am happy for you if you get comfort with your real Jesus.
